Dermer Management provides personalized property management services using a proactive approach that builds a foundation for fiscal and structural health for your building. We focus on creating an atmosphere of trust and honesty with the Board and a pleasant living experience for all of the Residents.


At Dermer Management, we strive to be the premiere property management company serving New York City.  We are flexible in our approach, understanding that different neighborhoods, buildings and resident environments are unique and require different needs.

Executive Team


Daniel A. Dermer

Daniel Dermer is the Founder and President of Dermer Management, Inc. which was formed in 1992 and currently manages 25 Manhattan based residential and commercial properties including Cooperatives, Condominiums and rental properties.  For the past 22 years, Mr. Dermer has been directly responsible for the operation of each property managed by Dermer Management, as well as being a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1993. Mr. Dermer holds several Board of Director positions.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Society from American University and is Founder of Dermer Dreams, a non profit organization that assists the New York City Food Banks feed the homeless.


Adam S. Berenson

Adam Berensonv currently serves as the Vice President of Dermer Management.  Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Berenson was the Executive Vice President of Augeo, LLC and Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of IncentOne  Mr. Berenson has 20 years of experience with an extensive background in operations, sales, and client services spanning over several industries including property management, construction, logistics and technology. He has designed and implemented business process solutions and sales strategies throughout his career. Mr. Berenson holds a Bachelor of Arts in both Communications and Business Management from the University of Maryland.  He is also Founder and Executive Director of Happy Eyes, a foundation assisting children living in poverty.
