Founder
and President of Dermer Management, Inc., founded in 1992 and currently manages
20 Manhattan based residential and commercial properties including Rentals,
Cooperatives and Condominiums. For the
past 19 years, Mr. Dermer has been directly responsible for the operation of
each property managed by Dermer Management, as well as being a Licensed Real
Estate Broker since 1993. Mr. Dermer holds several Board of Director
positions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Law and Society from American University and is Founder of Dermer
Dreams, a charity that holds events for children and hospitals throughout New
York.
Adam Berenson currently
serves as the Vice President of Dermer Management and is currently leading the
expansion of our business. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Berenson was
the Excutive Vice President of Augeo, LLC and Co-Founder and Chief Operating
Officer of IncentOne Mr. Berenson has 20
years of experience with an extensive background in operations, sales, and
client services spanning over several industries including property management,
construction, logistics and technology. He has designed and implemented
business process solutions and sales strategies throughout his career. Mr.
Berenson holds a Bachelor of Arts in both Communications and Business
Management from the University of Maryland.
He is also Founder and Executive Director of Happy Eyes, a foundation
assisting children living in poverty.
